Parents are victimized by the system that makes a profit for holding children longer and bonuses for not returning children to their parents. This is abusive power. It is lack of accountability. And it is a growing criminal-political phenomenon spreading around the globe.
You can’t make this stuff up…
It’s RIGHTS! They don’t want you to know your rights, because an educated and informed parent is dangerous in a society where so much money is made off of parents fear and ignorance. DONT TALK TO THEM. DONT SIGN ANYTHING. DONT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME. Learn your constitutional rights, and stick to you guns.
Parents give up because it is very exhausting and that is exactly what social services wants you to do, but the only option that you have to to keep fighting. Parents that have been falsely accused feel as if they can not win, but you can you need to stay strong for your children and make sure they know that you are fighting for them. Advocates all over can not stress enough to get people to learn everything they can that will help. Fear of losing your children is the one reason people stop fighting, because if they continue they will lose there children into the system.
That is not true and people need to know that, but Parents need to know that the process should begin as soon as it happens and not later it makes it harder as time goes by. It was reported last week that care applications in England are likely this year to hit an all-time record of 10,000. In just four years, the rate at which children are being removed from their parents has far more than doubled, from 380 in January 2008 to last month’s 903.

The best defense against DCF is a good trial attorney. Talk to a civil right attorney also if you think you may be a victim of a violation of your civil rights. Sue these bastards till the banks shut down.
Self-representation (pro-se) is preferred over the “attorney” provided. If you are innocent of the charges please consider fighting the charges/dependency/allegations and demand a jury trial. White babies with blond hair and blue eyes sell fast and for top dollar for CPS and their partnering “service providers”, and should we mess up even once or refuse to comply DCF in Pinellas County Florida will not hesitate to immorally and illegally kidnap our children, civil rights be dammed..
I will fight. It is my duty to protect my children, and sadly in this day and age it’s the “protectors” all Americans have to fear the most.
